Ever feel like you just need to get something out, but don’t feel like you can talk to someone you know?

NHS

Get advice online regarding mental health. Go to see a GP if you are experiencing symptoms for 2 weeks+. For urgent medical advice call 111.  If someone is seriously hurt or life is in danger call 999.
